Ron is a Licensed Planner and Architect with thirty-seven years in architecture,with the last twenty-seven years as Principal of The Knabb Partnership.He is and Expert in all aspects of architectural design documentation and construction, and fully experienced in all building types, including religious, institutional, recreational, commercial, industrial, hospitality, medical, governmental and residential.

Ronís Projects range from renovations, additions, and new construction, to master site planning and feasibility studies. He has been qualified to appear as an Expert Witness in zoning matters and has appeared before innumerable planning and zoning and commission boards.

Ron also has been a chairman of a Municipal Planning Commission for 21 years.

Mr. Schreiner has thirty years of experience in architecture, the last twenty with The Knabb Partnership.

He has been responsible for the design on all large-scale projects in the office and has extensive experience with feasibility studies and site development projects, including religious facilities, municipal, government, and office facilities.  He has had extensive involvement with all building types and sizes, to include renovations, additions, master planning, and new building construction.
E.J. Messersmith

Thirty-six years of experience in architectural design and construction management services.  Project manager for projects both domestic and overseas.  Having extensive experience in a wide variety of project types, Mr. Messersmith is an accomplished practitioner in all aspects of professional service including renovations, additions, new construction, master planning and feasibility studies.He is the in-house authority on recreational facilities.
